Originally a classic slim-fit silhouette, this sleeveless crop top and shorts ensemble has been artistically transformed into a vibrant piece of wearable art. The fabric showcases a rich, multi-tonal background blending organic earth tones with striking teal highlights, achieved through a custom mix of fabric painting and the traditional Adire Oniko (Nigerian tie-dye) technique.
Designed with a bold, textural edge, the set features intricate braided details along the side cutouts of both the top and the shorts, adding a captivating open-work aesthetic. The front of the crop top and the lower corner of the shorts are adorned with vivid, hand-painted metallic yellow symbols inspired by traditional Malian Bogolan (Mudcloth) motifs. This blend of ancestral textile heritage and modern, rebellious streetwear makes it the perfect outfit for festivals, summer gallery openings, or unique daily styling.
