Look Up – Golden Age

Look Up – Golden Age (2022)

Original Acrylic Painting on Canvas – 80 × 80 cm

Look Up – Golden Age is an original contemporary artwork created in 2022 using acrylic on canvas.

The piece portrays a female figure in an upward, introspective pose, blending figurative expression with abstract textures and layered materials. The body emerges from a background of golden tones, ornamental patterns and distressed surfaces, creating a visual dialogue between fragility, strength and timeless beauty.

The composition combines expressive brushwork, urban-inspired aesthetics and refined decorative elements, resulting in a work that feels both raw and elegant. The contrast between the soft human form and the textured gold background evokes themes of aspiration, transformation and inner resilience.
